What If I Get a Request to Perform Service In a Territory That’s Not Mine?

We don’t allow our dealers to solicit business in another Roof Maxx dealer’s exclusive territory. After all, you wouldn’t want another dealer soliciting business in yours! However, if you do somehow get an unsolicited incoming request from a potential customer in another dealer’s territory, in most cases you’re allowed to respond to it without penalty. We’ll explain more once you’re an official Roof Maxx dealer.
