What Constitutes a Roof Maxx Territory? And How Is a Territory Determined?

A territory can be any contiguous area with a population of around 100,000 based on the most recent data in U.S. Census Bureau Data mapping software. Keep in mind that the amount of land in the territory doesn’t matter. Only its population. Therefore, urban territories tend to have smaller geographic areas than rural territories due to their population density.
